Refund Policy

This policy covers Team licenses bought at the published price. A purchase under a signed order form follows the terms of that order.

Before You Buy

Formatting, analysis and review run without a license key and without a time limit, and a trial key unlocks every feature for 30 days with no card. You can see what Lexega finds in your own SQL before paying anything.

14-Day Refund

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount, whatever the reason. A renewal can be refunded on the same terms, within 14 days of the renewal payment.

To ask, email [email protected] from the address the license was issued to, or include your order number. The refund goes back to the original payment method; for a card purchase it is issued through Paddle, the reseller that took the payment.

What a Refund Ends

A refund ends the license. You stop using the license key and remove it from your machines and pipelines, as Section 10.3 of the License Agreement requires. The Free tier stays available to you, and you keep the reports and decision records you produced.

After 14 Days

After 14 days a payment is not refundable, and the license runs to the end of its term.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.
